The crew traveled around Boston for two days

shooting Portraits and Video with the champions.

First stop Monica's Mercato in the North End. Where you find daily, fresh cooked, authentic Italian cuisine.The hospitality couldn't be better either, from store manger Casey to the 3 Mercato brothers. Let's just say, we had the BEST lunch and met some new amici.

Boston's Photo Producer Michele Doucette....

remembers producing this shoot. I had to convince a local butchery to allow us into their plant to shoot a perfect side of beef (try explaining that one)!
I then shopped for the clothing at H&M as there was no budget for a wardrobe stylist.

One of our clients was kind enough to play "model" for the day.
I suggested adding a fan to create movement on the dress.
Then,... kick butt (no pun intended) retoucher
Christopher Lee Donovan
donated his time, removing the clothing from the figure
and placing it onto the punching bag and the side of beef.

This was a pro bono job for
The Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

Creative Director Tim Needam and Copywriter Kevin Acciaioli

came up with the Award Winning concepts.

Michele Doucette just loves producing these challenging shoots,
especially when they are for such a great cause!

There's a new photographer, photo rep and producer in town (Boston that is)! I've been telling everyone about my new business and was thrilled when Photo District News (pdn) announced it to their readers in a June 08, 2011 article written by Barbara Goldman. The article even includes a photo from the Keds campaign I produced with photographer Glenn Scott.

As a photographer myself (my subjects include nature, animals and fine art), I have a unique perspective on my role as a commercial photography producer. I listen to the needs of the clients and translate the desired outcome to the photographer. I believe success is all in the details and attention to detail is one of my greatest strengths.

I'm lucky to work with great photographers, including Geoff Stein, Gary Tardiff, Glenn Scott and Dave White. I encourage you to check out their web sites to see their fantastic work. Clients have included Maytag, Summer Infant and Keds. Soon I'll be working with Beverly Hospital and Legal Seafood.
